Healthcare professionals experience trauma, moral injury, suicidality, and substance use disorder at higher rates than any other profession. The Covid-19 pandemic significantly amplified these stressors.
Structural and cultural barriers often prevent these frontline workers from accessing mental health resources and services.
While CBD+ products have been widely used for their complementary therapeutic benefit for physical and mental wellness, many healthcare professionals are turning to these products for relief.
A recent study investigating the use of CBD+ products in frontline healthcare professionals showed a significant reduction in emotional exhaustion and symptoms of trauma.
