What happens if a package is lost or damaged?

If a package is lost, damaged, etc. customers may contact customer support by phone or email. After a lost/damaged package claim has been made, USPS is contacted, a replacement package is shipped to the customer, and NULEEV will then handle all communication with USPS to locate the package or file an insurance claim for the lost/damaged package.
