Frequently Asked Questions

What is CBD?

CBD stands for cannabidiol. It is a therapeuticnon-intoxicating compound derived directly from the hemp plant.

IS CBD legal?

Our CBD products are 100% derived entirely from industrial hemp, which it makes it legal in all 50 states.

Do I need a medical ID card or a prescription to order?

No, neither a Medical ID card nor a prescription are needed to place an order or purchase from our store. You can stop in at our Mall of America store or visit us online at www.NULEEV.com.

Where do we source our hemp from, and how is it grown?

Our hemp comes exclusively from the mineral rich soil of MN. Grown outside, not in a green house, we practice sustainable techniques and cutting-edge technology to provide us with the highest quality industrial hemp available. We grow in smaller and much easier to manage fields and don’t use pesticides, herbicides, or inorganic fertilizers normally used for mass production of industrial hemp.

What type of extraction do we use?

We extract in small batches in order to yield as much CBD as possible. To extract CBD from the hemp plant, we utilize a process in which co2 is at a low temperature, and under high pressure. This allows us to capture co2 in a liquid state and efficiently draw the CBD and terpene profiles from the plant material while allowing the plant to remain closest to its natural state.

Can I give CBD to my pets?

Yes. Pets can benefit from CBD for many of the same reasons as humans: pain, seizures, inflammation, and anxiety. CBD is safe to use for pets, but their dosage will likely be much smaller than yours. Dogs have a higher concentration of cannabinoid receptors in their brain therefore they require far less CBD. Cats also require their own formula as there are ingredients that are better for their central nervous system.

Will Nuleev products make me high?

No, Hemp normally contains less than 0.3% THC, and during the extraction phase its THC content decreases even further (0.0%/non-detectable). THC is the psychotropic agent found in marijuana that induces the “high” effect. Our CBD products come from industrial hemp, and not from marijuana.

Can you overdose on CBD?

CBD has been shown to be safe to use in high doses. Your body naturally produces its own endocannabinoids so the side effect of taking too much product is simply wasting it.

Is CBD addictive?

While nearly anything in the world can be addictive, no CBD is not known to be addictive. In fact, CBD has shown strong potential to be a useful tool to help reduce harmful substances addiction.

What are terpenes?

Terpenes are what give cannabis its distinct aroma and flavor. Terpenes are found in many plants, but commonly associated with Cannabis as they have high concentration of them. Terpenes have beneficial effects and work synergistically with cannabinoids like CBD – used together it is called the entourage effect.
